A specialist in export and import regulation, she leads regulatory viability, labeling, registration, requirement analysis and international market access projects — for Brazilian manufacturers going abroad and for international companies entering Brazil.

With more than 20 years of experience in the food industry, Paulo Gralha built his career in plant management, production processes, operational excellence, continuous improvement and industrial projects.

At J.Marona he leads the industrial front — from plant diagnostics and adequacy to international market requirements to process improvement, productivity, operational efficiency, loss reduction and industrial performance projects. His work connects the requirement identified by the regulatory side to its practical implementation in the operation.
